On November 13, when the 2026 College Scholastic Ability Test will be held, the weather is expected to remain mostly clear, with no "CSAT cold wave" anticipated. The Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education has conducted a final inspection of test site preparations and transportation measures.
On November 11, the Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education held the "2026 College Scholastic Ability Test Dispatch Officers Meeting" to check the storage conditions of test papers by district, inspect broadcasting facilities, and confirm cooperation systems with relevant agencies.

The Office of Education checked the storage conditions of test papers and broadcasting facilities at the seven test districts, and established cooperation systems with relevant agencies such as the police, fire department, Korea Electric Power Corporation, and the Coast Guard to prepare for any unexpected situations on the day of the exam.
Until the end of the CSAT, the "2026 College Scholastic Ability Test Comprehensive Situation Room" will be operated within the Career Education Division of the main office to thoroughly manage the receipt, transportation, and storage of test papers, and to respond quickly in case of emergencies.
In addition, accommodation expenses for one or two nights were provided to 119 students from six island schools to ensure they can take the exam safely. If weather conditions worsen, transportation support will be requested from the Coast Guard.
On November 12, students will attend the preliminary meeting at each test site to receive their test identification slips and instructions. On the day of the CSAT, students can enter the test sites from 6:30 a.m. and must be seated by 8:10 a.m. Entry will not be allowed after 8:40 a.m.
Test takers must bring their test identification slip and a photo ID. Only analog watches without payment or communication (including Bluetooth) functions or electronic displays (LCD, LED) are allowed. Computer pens, black pencils, erasers, white correction tape, mechanical pencil leads, and masks may be brought in.
