On November 11, Park Sungho, Commissioner of the Busanjin-Hae Economic Free Zone Authority, conducted the '2nd Corporate On-site Tour' with about 20 representatives of resident companies in the region.

Following the first site tour to Panasia in August, this second tour was held at Korea Tsubakimoto Automotive, located in Nammun-dong, Jinhae-gu, Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do.
This company is the Korean subsidiary of Tsubakimoto Chain Co., headquartered in Japan, and possesses world-class technology in the field of timing chain systems for automobile engines.
The event was attended by key figures representing the regional industry, including Lee Sutae, Chairman of the Resident Companies Council (CEO of Panasia); Hwang Soyong, Secretary General (CEO of DH Tech); Yang Jaesaeng, Chairman of the Busan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CEO of Eunsan Shipping & Air); and Choi Jaeho, Chairman of the Changwon Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CEO of Muhak).
Participants shared manufacturing innovation cases and discussed directions for expanding global supply chains and advancing technology through activities such as watching a company introduction video, touring the production process, sharing core management know-how, and a Q&A session.
Korea Tsubakimoto Automotive was established in Korea in 2009 and recorded sales of 102.9 billion won as of 2024, continuing its stable growth. The company is working to secure future-oriented manufacturing competitiveness by developing next-generation timing systems in response to the transition to eco-friendly vehicles and by innovating energy-saving processes.
CEO Lim Younggab stated, "We sincerely welcome the visit of the Resident Companies Council delegation," adding, "As a responsible company that grows together with the region, we will do our utmost to achieve sustainable management and technological innovation."
Chairman Lee Sutae (CEO of Panasia) remarked, "It was a meaningful occasion to directly witness Tsubakimoto's quality innovation case," and emphasized, "We will overcome challenging business environments together through close communication and cooperation among resident companies."
Commissioner Park Sungho commented, "The driving force behind the growth of the Busanjin-Hae Economic Free Zone ultimately lies in the corporate field," and added, "We will further strengthen field-oriented support policies so that resident companies can find growth opportunities through cooperation even in times of crisis."
