As of 5:00 p.m. on November 10, the Ministry of the Interior and Safety announced that 689 out of a total of 709 systems had been restored, achieving a recovery rate of 97.2%.

For second-grade systems, 66 out of 68 have been restored, resulting in a recovery rate of 95.6%. For third-grade systems, 252 out of 261 have been restored, achieving a recovery rate of 96.2%. For fourth-grade systems, 331 out of 340 have been restored, with a recovery rate of 96.8%.
