It is part of a field-oriented administrative approach aimed at minimizing inconvenience for residents and creating a safe living environment.
The Bokjeong 1 District public housing project is developing a total of 4,289 households (with a planned population of 10,080 people) on a 576,897-square-meter site at 72 Bokjeong-dong, Sujeong-gu, Seongnam. Of these, 1,317 households in blocks A1 to A3 (public sales and Newlywed Hope Town) are scheduled to move in next month.
On this day, Mayor Shin, together with the head of the Wirye Project Division at Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH), closely examined the site, focusing on the following: △ preparations for move-in, △ safety measures for kindergarten and elementary school students' routes to school during construction, △ progress of infrastructure such as roads, parks, and green spaces, and △ solutions to alleviate inconveniences for residents.
Based on the results of this inspection, Seongnam City plans to promptly address detailed supplementary issues and, within November, organize a communication session between Korea Land and Housing Corporation and future residents to minimize inconvenience during the move-in process and to do its utmost to create a safe residential environment.
