Through the training, participants will learn communication methods and response guidelines for real crisis situations, thereby gaining practical skills to reinforce the safety net for life respect within schools.
The training, led by Professor Chae Seongi of Suwon University, is structured around participant-centered learning methods such as role-playing, small group discussions, and feedback sessions. In addition, it focuses on deepening professional counseling skills and communication abilities required in crisis response through analysis and simulations based on real-life cases.
In particular, during group counseling and case-sharing sessions, participants will have meaningful opportunities to share diverse experiences from the school field and to discuss ways to create a school culture that enables early detection of students' warning signs and active intervention and support.
