Police: "Garosu-gil Party Room Fire, Charges to Be Determined Based on Statements and Forensic Results"
Regarding the fire that broke out in a party room on the basement first floor of a building on Garosu-gil, Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the police have announced that they will decide whether to press charges based on the statements of those present at the scene and the results of the forensic investigation.
On November 10, the Seoul Gangnam Police Station stated, "We plan to determine whether to press charges and the presence of any criminal liability by comprehensively reviewing the statements of those present at the scene and the results of the forensic investigation."
On November 8, at around 9:00 p.m., a fire broke out in a party room located on the basement first floor of a building on Garosu-gil, resulting in six people sustaining minor injuries. It is reported that six other people who were in the party room and three people from other floors of the building evacuated safely.

The fire department deployed 84 personnel and 25 vehicles, and the fire was completely extinguished at around 9:40 p.m. on November 8.
