World's First Wellness Robot NAMUHX Wins Innovation Award at CES 2026
Highly Praised for Advanced Wellness AI Features
SK Intellix announced on November 10 that NAMUHX, the world's first wellness robot unveiled last month, has won an Innovation Award at CES 2026.
The CES Innovation Award is a global honor presented by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) ahead of CES, the world's largest IT and home appliance exhibition, to products recognized for their outstanding technology and innovation.
NAMUHX received high marks for featuring a variety of wellness solutions powered by advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technology, including autonomous driving and 100% voice-controlled air solutions, as well as contactless vital sign checking. Its differentiated AI capabilities, which enable expansion into diverse wellness areas such as security, beauty, meditation, and pet care, also played a key role in winning the award.
NAMUHX provides an 'air solution' as its core function, autonomously locating and purifying sources of contamination based on autonomous driving and 100% voice control. A single wellness robot can manage spaces up to 198 square meters (60 pyeong), helping reduce subscription and energy costs. In addition, equipped with a high-performance air sensor and all-in-one filter, it removes more than 99% of 28 types of pollutants, including ultrafine dust, bacteria, and viruses, making it suitable for use in various spaces such as homes, offices, and lobbies.
Additional features include a contactless remote photoplethysmography (rPPG) technology that measures five key health indicators-body temperature, cardiac activity, pulse, oxygen saturation, and more-in under 10 seconds, as well as a 'wellness mode' (wake-up, welcome, relax) that operates according to various daily situations.
