S-OIL Fully Upgrades In-House AI Assistant Service for Enhanced Work Support
Enhancing Employee Work Efficiency and Productivity
On November 9, S-OIL announced that it has significantly upgraded its in-house artificial intelligence assistant (AI Assistant) service, introduced as part of its company-wide digital transformation strategy, to further strengthen practical work support functions for employees. The purpose of this upgrade is to expand user convenience and the scope of services so that employees can more easily utilize AI in their daily work environment and apply AI technology across all work processes.
Since its company-wide implementation in November last year, the S-OIL AI Assistant has undergone continuous functional improvements based on actual usage data and various feedback, including employee interviews. With this latest update, users can now take advantage of more advanced features such as automatic analysis after document uploads, automatic meeting minutes generation based on voice files, and personalized prompt settings tailored to job roles and preferences. In addition, the web information search function and conversation history management have been enhanced, greatly improving information accessibility and work continuity.
Furthermore, in addition to existing company-wide work support and department-specific functions, 12 new work services have been added to increase practical usability. Going forward, S-OIL plans to support mobile services and further advance generative AI technology, while continuously reflecting employee feedback.
The AI Assistant service is designed based on Microsoft’s data security policies and operates safely within a cloud environment (Landing Zone) that meets S-OIL’s security requirements.
