The program was designed to help employees internalize the value of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and foster a sense of social responsibility through practical actions in their daily lives.
The program was divided into indoor and outdoor activities. In the morning, participants experienced the value of upcycling by creating canvases from recycled clothes to support the creative activities of artists with disabilities. In the afternoon, the group split into two teams to simultaneously engage in environmental conservation and community care. The first team worked to preserve urban freshwater ecosystems in the Jungnangcheon area by planting nectar plants, installing protective screens for migratory birds, and cleaning habitats. The second team operated an emotional support program for vulnerable seniors, providing health and emotional stability through horticultural activities.

Hong Jongseong, CEO of Deloitte Korea Group, stated, "It was a meaningful time for the newly hired accountants to reflect on and practice sustainability for the environment and local communities through social contribution activities. It is especially significant as these professionals, just beginning their careers, had the opportunity to experience the value of responsibility firsthand and grow from it. We will continue to expand a variety of social contribution programs that all employees can participate in going forward."
