In response, the headquarters has announced a temporary suspension of new franchise consultations. The company explained that it aims to focus on its core values and enhance customer satisfaction rather than pursuing reckless expansion.
On November 4, Kanbu Chicken posted an official notice stating, "We are temporarily suspending new franchise consultations." The company noted that, although many say, "You should row when the tide comes in," its policy is different.
Their primary focus is on staying true to their core values rather than expanding excessively. Kanbu Chicken stated, "We believe now is not the time to accelerate, but rather to further strengthen our commitment to quality, hygiene, service, and responsibility to franchisees and customers. Due to the recent surge in interest and inquiries, we are temporarily suspending new franchise consultations."
