Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair Opens, Strengthening Its Status as a Liquor Trade Hub
To Be Held at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from November 6 to 8
Six Leading Chinese Baijiu Brands Gather
The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) announced on November 3 that it will host the 17th Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from November 6 to 8.
This year’s event will feature more than 620 companies from 21 countries, showcasing a wide variety of alcoholic beverages from around the world, including beer, wine, whisky, sake, vodka, Chinese baijiu, as well as low-alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks.
The newly established “World of Spirits” zone will debut this year, presenting distilled spirits from 13 countries. Notably, six leading Chinese baijiu brands-including Kweichow Moutai, Yanghe, Wuliangye, Luzhou Laojiao, Jiannanchun, and Langjiu-will participate, drawing significant attention.
Additionally, three Masters of Wine (MW) will take part in the fair, hosting seminars on AI-based wine business, Chinese terroir wine tasting, and blind tasting sessions. A range of spirits-related programs will also be offered, such as the “2025 China Baijiu Culture International Forum” and the “Hong Kong International Spirits Challenge Awards Ceremony.”

A representative from the Hong Kong Trade Development Council stated, “Hong Kong has encountered new opportunities in global liquor trade since the reduction of liquor duties,” adding, “This year’s fair will provide a venue to directly witness the growth potential of the Asian alcoholic beverage market.”
