[Conference Call] Samsung Electronics: "HBM4 Performance Industry-Leading... Will Expand Sales"
On October 30, during the conference call following its third-quarter earnings announcement, Samsung Electronics projected that demand for memory products would continue to rise. The company stated, "For DRAM, we plan to continuously expand our sales base for high-bandwidth memory (HBM), and in particular, we will focus on selling HBM4, which offers industry-leading performance, primarily within the high-end product lineup." The company added, "We will also increase the proportion of high-value-added products in DRAM, such as high-capacity DDR5, which are linked to AI applications."
