Global SeAH Appoints Kim Gimyeong as Vice Chairman and CEO

On October 27, Global SeAH Group appointed Kim Gimyeong, the current Group Vice Chairman, as Vice Chairman and CEO of the group's holding company, Global SeAH.
Kim Gimyeong, Vice Chairman and CEO, previously served as the head of Walmart Korea and CEO of Choesin Trading Company before joining Global SeAH Group in 2007 as CEO of INDF. He has held positions including Head of SeAH Sangyong America, CEO of Global SeAH, and CEO of Ssangyong Engineering & Construction. Most recently, he served as Group Vice Chairman and has now been reappointed as CEO of Global SeAH.
Kim Gimyeong, Vice Chairman and CEO, is recognized for his extensive experience and expertise across all areas of management, including planning, finance, marketing, and human resources. Having held leadership roles across the group's affiliates and key positions, he is considered the right person to drive organizational improvement and enhance profitability. As the head of the holding company, he is also expected to play an even more pivotal role in strengthening responsible management and laying the foundation for the group's sustainable growth.
