Despite the city's tough financial circumstances, we are maintaining a 10% incentive for the Namyangju Love Gift Certificate, which is used by 430,000 people. In the same way, we will do our utmost to develop and implement practical policies that are truly felt by small business owners, consumers, and citizens, and that invigorate the local economy."
