LG Electronics Hosts "StandbyMe Lover Challenge" at Hangang Park
On October 26, LG Electronics announced that it had held the "StandbyMe Lover Challenge" to showcase the versatility of its portable screen, StandbyMe 2. The event, which took place the previous day at Yeouido Hangang Park in Seoul, was organized as a contest where customers competed with creative ways to use the product.
One hundred participants demonstrated their unique ideas, such as carrying the StandbyMe 2 on their shoulders or laying it flat, each expressing their own individuality. The venue was filled with a festive atmosphere, celebrating a "100 people, 100 lifestyles" screen festival.

The grand prize was awarded to Song Byungjun, who decorated a Halloween party room with StandbyMe together with his children. Koo Minhee received the "Attention Grabber Award" for mirroring her phone and using StandbyMe to check her golf swing in real time.
The StandbyMe 2 is a portable screen that can be detached from its stand and used anywhere. It features a 27-inch QHD (ultra-high definition) touch display and comes with a built-in battery, allowing up to four hours of use without a power connection.
