View original imageAt around 8:27 a.m. on October 23, a drilling machine overturned and fell into a stream about 4 meters deep while working on a drainage construction project at Changnyeongcheon in Yeo-eo-myeon, Changnyeong County, South Gyeongsang Province.
As a result of the accident, a man in his 60s, identified as Mr. A, was trapped under the drilling machine and died at the scene.
The drilling machine, which is a construction vehicle used to bore into the ground with a massive pile and drill, was found to be about 20 tons in size.
