It will be operated as a "talent pool" that enables young people to actively participate in city administration.
Based on the accumulated database, the city plans to expand youth participation in city administration by linking it to various committees, advisory groups, forums, and policy projects. Additionally, the city will provide policy and project information once or twice a month to improve accessibility to these policies.
Furthermore, the city intends to encourage greater youth participation by requesting promotional cooperation from existing youth organizations, providing offline guidance at youth events such as Youth Connection Jeonju, and promoting through online channels such as the Cheongjeongjidae website and Instagram.
The city has also pledged to maintain strict information security by immediately deleting collected data if the provider exceeds the age of 39 or upon individual request for cancellation.
