The purpose of this agreement is to introduce new digital financial services through multifaceted collaboration, including the development of exclusive products and services that combine finance and life care, as well as joint marketing initiatives, all based on a close cooperative framework between the two companies.
The signing ceremony was attended by Byun Mikyung, Deputy President of the Digital Division at Gwangju Bank, and Kim Sangsoo, CEO of BizInsight. Both companies expressed their commitment to generating mutual synergy in the evolving digital environment and to continuously expanding customer-centric, innovative services.
Through this partnership, the two companies plan to pursue differentiated cooperation strategies such as the development of exclusive products and services and joint marketing, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction in an environment where digital transformation is accelerating.
Meanwhile, since September 25, Gwangju Bank and BizInsight have been running the "Start of a Wise Wellness Life" event. This event targets customers who newly receive their salary or pension through a Gwangju Bank account, or who switch their deposit account from another bank to Gwangju Bank, and offers BizInsight's life care service "SureCare" as a special benefit.
"SureCare" consists of the "Work-Life Balance Membership" for office workers and the "Health Membership" for senior customers, tailored to different customer types.
The "Work-Life Balance Membership" provides professional assessments and counseling for psychological issues or career development concerns experienced in the workplace, while the "Health Membership" offers health consultation and care services such as assignment of a dedicated medical professional for one-on-one support, regular check-in calls, and notifications to guardians when the customer is unavailable.
The service also includes around 10 different life care offerings, such as making appointments at top-tier hospitals and providing guidance from specialized medical professionals. This exclusive benefit for Gwangju Bank customers was prepared after about seven months of discussions and review between the two companies.
