Cleaning Lab Launches "Washing Machine Cleaning Service," Expanding Home Cleaning Offerings
Service Available in Eight Regions, Including Seoul and Gyeonggi Province
On October 16, Living Lab, the operator of Cleaning Lab, announced the official launch of its "Washing Machine Cleaning Service."
Since its launch in 2017, Cleaning Lab has provided a variety of home cleaning services, including house cleaning, moving-in and move-out cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and air conditioner cleaning. The new washing machine cleaning service was developed in response to continuous requests from existing customers, expanding the service coverage to include the internal hygiene of washing machines, which is difficult for individuals to manage on their own.
The washing machine cleaning service involves professionally disassembling the appliance according to its model and removing internal contaminants. The main areas covered include the washing tub, detergent drawer and compartment, exterior case and rubber gasket, rear ventilation, and cleaning of the drain hose and filter.
Currently, the service is available in eight regions, including parts of Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi Province, as well as Cheonan, Asan, Daejeon, Sejong, and Cheongju. Customers can make a reservation through the Cleaning Lab app, after which a "Cheongyeon Pro" is assigned and the schedule is coordinated. Cheongyeon Pros are professional washing machine cleaning companies that have been registered after a rigorous screening process among legitimate businesses, and they guarantee free after-service and follow-up within 60 days.
