A Festival Blending Music and Food with the Food Festival Held Simultaneously
Gumi City in North Gyeongsang Province will host the "2025 Gumi Youth Hip Hop Festival" at Dongrak Park on October 18, blending the passion of youth with hip hop music.
The event will run from 3:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and all standing zone seats are free, with entry on a first-come, first-served basis.
This festival has been organized to provide young people with diverse cultural experiences and inject youthful energy into the city. The stage will be set up as a special outdoor venue at Dongrak Park, and the heat of hip hop is expected to fill the city on this autumn night.
The lineup features many of the top artists who represent the Korean hip hop scene.
Unique musicians such as Nucksal, The Quiett, Homies, Paloalto, Lee Youngji, B.I, Han Yohan, Kiko, Black Nine, COSM (Layone, Kim Seungmin, Ourealim), and Marin will take the stage. Each artist will showcase their distinct musical style and live performances, delivering the true energy of hip hop to the audience.
In particular, the "2025 Gumi Food Festival" will be held at Songjeong Matgil in front of City Hall during the same period.
Visitors can enjoy the hip hop performances and then savor a variety of Gumi's local cuisine and autumn delicacies at the food zone, which will feature nine different taste themes. As a complex urban festival where culture and food coexist, it is expected to attract both citizens and tourists alike.
