An Indian martial artist has set a new world record by successfully holding up pillars weighing over 200 kg.
According to the official website of Guinness World Records, on September 17 (local time), Indian martial artist Vispi Kharadi broke the Guinness World Record for the "heaviest Heracles pillar hold" in the men's category.

Nicknamed the "Iron Man of India," Vispi is also a holder of multiple Guinness World Records. This Heracles pillar hold marked his 17th Guinness World Record. In November last year, he made headlines in India by holding pillars weighing 166.7 kg and 168.9 kg for 2 minutes and 10.75 seconds. In October 2019, he set a world record for bending the most steel rods with his neck in one minute (21 rods). He is also known to hold records in various categories, including breaking concrete blocks with his elbow in one minute (64 blocks), bending steel rods with his head in one minute (24 rods), and enduring the heaviest weight on his body (up to 1,819 kg).
