Korea Investment & Securities Launches Asset Transfer Event... Department Store Gift Certificates Worth Up to 3 Million Won
"All MOVE UP to Korea Investment" Event
Korea Investment & Securities announced on October 1 that it will hold the asset transfer event "All MOVE UP to Korea Investment" for customers with branch accounts until November 28.
This event offers department store gift certificates to customers who transfer financial assets held in accounts at other institutions to their Korea Investment & Securities accounts. Eligible assets include domestic and overseas stocks, ETFs, ETNs, government bonds, special bonds, corporate bonds, and U.S. Treasury bonds. Depending on the total amount of transferred assets, customers can receive gift certificates worth up to 3 million won. For overseas stocks and U.S. Treasury bonds, the transferred amount is recognized at 1.5 times its value. However, some corporate bonds and U.S. Treasury bonds are excluded from the event.
The top three customers with the highest transferred amounts will receive additional gifts such as an iPhone 17 Pro, a Samsung Bespoke cordless vacuum cleaner, and a Balmuda humidifier.
An ISA brokerage event will also be held for customers with branch accounts. Customers who make net deposits into their ISA brokerage accounts or transfer ISAs from other institutions during the event period can receive department store gift certificates worth up to 200,000 won, depending on the deposit amount.
