On October 1, the launch ceremony for the Sae Doyak Fund was held at the Press Center in Jung-gu, Seoul. Lee Eogwon, Chairman of the Financial Services Commission, delivered a congratulatory speech at the event. The Sae Doyak Fund is the name of the bad bank initiative under the Lee Jaemyung administration, aimed at providing debt relief for vulnerable groups and small business owners. It will write off unsecured loans of up to 50 million won that have been overdue for more than seven years, targeting financially vulnerable individuals and self-employed business owners.
