View original imageThis agreement was established to build a collaborative system for jointly planning and operating field-oriented employment competency enhancement programs. In particular, it also aims to discover employment opportunities for vocational high schools in the province and expand connections with companies.
The signing ceremony was attended by Superintendent Im Taehee and about 10 key officials from both organizations. The main contents of the agreement include: ▲planning and operating employment support programs such as employment consulting and field training; ▲connecting students with recruiting companies; ▲developing and cooperating on promotional strategies to vitalize job creation; and ▲other initiatives for nurturing talent and linking them to jobs.
Superintendent Im Taehee stated, "The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education aims to establish a human resources linkage system to provide customized jobs for students," adding, "We will strengthen the connection between vocational high schools and companies to offer students practical employment opportunities."
He further emphasized, "I hope today's agreement will go beyond simple promotion and lead to strengthening students' employment capabilities and creating jobs in the region."
