"Cooperation with Relevant Agencies Until System Disaster Is Resolved... Minimizing Public Inconvenience"
Due to a fire at the National Information Resources Service, major public information systems of the National Agency for Administrative City Construction (NAACC) have been suspended, prompting the NAACC to activate its emergency response system and take steps to minimize inconvenience for the public.
On September 28, the NAACC announced that, as a result of the fire, services for its main website and the Integrated Project Management System-both of which are used by the public-are currently restricted.
In response, the NAACC explained that it has notified the public about the service restrictions through its official blog and Facebook page, as well as other social networking services (SNS), and has arranged for civil complaints to be received via in-person visits, telephone, and fax.
