Meritz Fire & Marine Insurance announced on September 26 that it conducted generative AI training using ChatGPT for all employees throughout September to enhance work capabilities through artificial intelligence (AI).
This training was significantly expanded following positive feedback from employees regarding improved work efficiency during the pilot program held last month.

A customized curriculum was provided at different levels, reflecting the unique work characteristics of each department and the individual AI proficiency of employees, so that the training could be immediately applied in the workplace.
Meritz Fire & Marine Insurance is continuously expanding the adoption of AI to enhance both individual AI capabilities and overall organizational work efficiency. The company has introduced generative AI into insurance consultation processes and developed a dedicated AI for employee work support, which has been designated as an innovative financial service by the Financial Services Commission.
