[AI Revolution](169) TechReady: "Custom AI Services Without Developers"
A Solution to Fill the Developer Gap in Startups
Significantly Reducing Development Time with MVP AI Studio
Automated PRD Generation and Full Process Ownership Set It Apart
The main challenge at development sites lies in translating customer requirements into actual services. This is because customer requirements are often fragmented and ambiguous. Although artificial intelligence (AI) capable of writing code has emerged, it is still not easy to utilize without development personnel. To create the desired service, it is necessary to construct precise instructions from the outset, a process that requires significant manpower and time.
Jungho Park, CEO of TechReady, said in an interview with Asia Economy on the 26th, "We have automated the entire process so that anyone, not just developers, can create services for their business," adding, "Our main target is especially early-stage startups, as they often have difficulty securing skilled developers."

View original imageTechReady's 'MVP AI Studio' automates the entire process from 'speech to document to code.' A large language model (LLM) agent is responsible for organizing requirements, checking for consistency, and generating design outputs-tasks that were previously repeated on-site-and passes the results to a code generator for actual implementation.
One of the key features, SyncFlow, is a service that automatically generates a PRD when a customer inputs their desired service. The PRD (Product Requirement Definition) automation module, which operates within MVP AI Studio, was separated to demonstrate that AI can produce this level of planning draft. In practice, it took less than one minute after entering just five fragmented lines of instructions into the input field to generate a PRD equivalent to five pages of A4 paper. Work that used to take people several days to organize can now be completed in a short time with just input and review.
CEO Park explained, "Customers express their needs by saying, 'I want to do this and that,' but you cannot develop with just that document. Defining user personas, organizing user stories, listing required features, and attaching constraints are the starting points of development, and SyncFlow automates this process."
TechReady emphasizes that their approach differs from typical AI startups. CEO Park said, "While there are many startups developing single functions such as ad automation or document automation, we are responsible for the entire process so that those teams can actually create services."
The service that extends this approach is the recently released 'LLM Portal.' It allows multiple models such as GPT-4o, Claude, and Gemini to be used through a single gateway, with organization-level security, usage statistics, and cost management features built in by default, thereby lowering adoption barriers even in public and manufacturing environments. CEO Park explained, "Security issues to prevent company information leaks are critical," adding, "We have included all the features needed at the enterprise level, such as statistics management and cost management."

CEO Park plans to launch the core products to the market within the year. He said, "We plan to end the beta phase and officially launch in the fourth quarter," adding, "By commercializing both MVP AI Studio and SyncFlow together, we aim to enable anyone-from startups to public, manufacturing, and mid-sized companies-to safely use AI and directly create the services they want."
