Discussion on Institutional Improvements
On September 25, Jeonnam Provincial Council members Park Hyunsuk (Democratic Party of Korea, Proportional Representation), Jung Cheol (Democratic Party of Korea, Jangseong 1), and Park Wonjong (Democratic Party of Korea, Yeonggwang 1) held a meeting at the Yeonggwang Millennium Childcare Sharing Center to discuss key issues and institutional improvement measures for strengthening child care policies.
The meeting was attended by more than 40 participants, including Democratic Party of Korea member Lee Gaeho (Damyang, Hampyeong, Yeonggwang, Jangseong), provincial council members Oh Mihwa and Han Sookkyung, and officials from the Jeonnam Together Care Council. They listened to on-site feedback and sought policy alternatives. The main topics discussed included: expanding staff at Together Care Centers, introducing a stable pay grade system, and establishing cooperation measures between the Jeonnam Neulbom School Task Force and Together Care initiatives.
