On September 25, Shin Young Securities analyzed that Emro's overseas sales are expected to increase through its supply chain management (SRM) software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution, Caidentia.
Jung Wonseok, a researcher at Shin Young Securities, explained, "Emro has achieved continuous external growth by carrying out more than 1,600 projects for a total of 600 accumulated client companies to date."
He added, "Last year, Emro launched the cloud product Caidentia for overseas clients and has so far signed contracts with three companies in North America."
Furthermore, he introduced, "This can be seen as the first case of a small Korean software company successfully expanding beyond the domestic market into overseas markets. Unlike existing foreign solutions, Caidentia will be equipped with functions to manage target costs from the product development stage and to optimize raw material costs."
Jung stated, "As differentiated features are added, inquiries from overseas manufacturing companies are continuing. The expansion of overseas cloud clients is a positive factor for both profitability and growth potential."
He also noted, "It is important to pay attention to the fact that the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) modules is gradually expanding. As of last year, the number of accumulated clients that adopted AI modules reached 50, and the proportion of AI-related sales is rapidly increasing, currently at 9%." He continued, "Emro's AI functions, which manage hundreds of thousands of item codes and filter out duplicate orders, as well as analyze the appropriateness of supplier delivery prices, offer a solution that can substantially reduce costs for manufacturing companies."
