The drill involved 10 departments and 13 working groups, including the Damyang County Disaster and Safety Division, as well as related agencies such as the Damyang Fire Station and Damyang Police Station.
The exercise set specific time standards to assess the actual level of response, with goals such as disseminating information within five minutes, holding a situation assessment meeting within 20 minutes, establishing a Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters, and setting up an Integrated Support Center. The focus was on improving proficiency in initial response, emergency handling, and post-disaster recovery and restoration stages.
