Jeonbuk Province to Hold "Livestock Product Consumption Promotion Event" from September 26 to 28

Jeonbuk Province will host the "2025 Livestock Product Consumption Promotion Event" for three days from September 26 to 28 at the west plaza of the provincial government building.

View original imageAccording to the province on September 23, this event has been organized to support livestock farmers struggling due to high inflation and weakened consumer demand, as well as to promote the excellence and brand awareness of livestock products from Jeonbuk Province.
A total of 18 organizations and companies will participate, including producer groups such as the Hanwoo, Korean Pork, Layer, Dairy, and Duck Associations, as well as NH Chamyeou Cooperative Business Corporation, Jeonbuk Hanwoo Cooperative, Nonghyup Mokuchon, and Imsil Cheese Agricultural Cooperative.
During the event, residents will be able to purchase major livestock products such as Hanwoo beef, pork, and eggs at up to 30% off per 100 grams, and processed products will be discounted by up to 50%.
In addition to discounted sales, the event will feature a variety of tasting programs including Hanwoo steak, pork stew, fried eggs, baked eggs, milk, and cheese. There will also be a Hanwoo photo exhibition, prize draws, and a promotional booth for the livestock product traceability system, offering visitors a wide range of engaging activities.
