Carrot Launches 'Comeback Home Campaign' with National Police Agency to Help Find Missing Family Members
MOU Signed to Establish Cooperative System with National Police Agency
On September 23, Carrot announced that it is launching the 'Comeback Home Campaign' in collaboration with the National Police Agency to help bring missing neighbors back to their families.
The Comeback Home Campaign was designed with the understanding that quick reports from local residents during the initial 'golden time' after a missing person case occurs can play a decisive role. According to Carrot, posts seeking missing family members or pets are consistently uploaded to the lost/missing board in Carrot’s Neighborhood Life section, and there have been cases where, thanks to the attention and reports from neighbors, missing individuals have safely returned to their families.

Through this agreement, Carrot and the National Police Agency plan to maintain close cooperation in various areas, including: sharing and disseminating information when children or others go missing; collaborating on public promotion of the National Police Agency’s missing persons policies; and other matters requiring cooperation between the two organizations.
Carrot users can check real-time information about missing neighbors in their area through the Neighborhood Map tab in the Carrot app, as well as on the ‘Neighborhood Incidents & Accidents’ board in Neighborhood Life. This information is linked in real time with the Safe Dream data provided by the National Police Agency. If a user spots a missing neighbor, they can press the ‘Report’ button to call the National Police Agency’s reporting center directly, or quickly submit a report by leaving a comment on the post.
