Jungnang District in Seoul (District Mayor Ryu Gyeonggi) has newly established the Mangwoo Cultural Square within Mangwoo Historical and Cultural Park and will hold an autumn music concert on the 23rd to commemorate its completion.
The Mangwoo Cultural Square is a multipurpose cultural space created within Mangwoo Historical and Cultural Park, which preserves historical value and natural surroundings. It was established to allow residents to enjoy culture and the arts more closely in their daily lives.
The district plans to use Mangwoo Cultural Square as a hub to continuously expand opportunities for residents to enjoy culture by hosting various cultural and arts programs, including seasonal cultural events, community arts performances, and resident participation programs. It is expected to become a representative complex cultural hub of the region, harmonizing with existing resources such as the beautiful walking trails and the modern and contemporary figures’ burial grounds within Mangwoo Historical and Cultural Park.
The completion commemorative autumn music concert will be held on the 23rd at 3:30 p.m. and is open to everyone free of charge without prior registration. The event will feature performances by singer-songwriter Binchae, the musical team Mulove, children from the Our Neighborhood Childcare Center, the Kang Changryeon Ensemble, and more.
