This program was designed as an intensive training led by full-time faculty members with over 10 years of field experience, aiming to enhance students' understanding of entrepreneurship and help them build essential startup competencies.

Professor Kim Yeonhwa delivered a lecture on "Company Establishment and Startup Financial Analysis," covering key topics for the startup preparation stage such as procedures for establishing a corporation, basic financial concepts, and developing a funding plan.

Next, Professor Koo Jahwi conducted a practical session on "Business Model Development and Startup Marketing Strategies," focusing on how to create a business model, analyze the market, identify target customers, and formulate marketing strategies.

The extensive field experience and expertise of the speakers were especially well received by the participating students. One student commented, "The word 'startup' used to feel intimidating, but through these lectures, I gained a sense of what I need to prepare first."

Director Lee Eungju emphasized, "We will continue to provide opportunities for students to seriously consider and take on the challenge of entrepreneurship through a variety of startup education and support programs," adding, "We will actively support the establishment of a student-driven startup culture on campus."

The Dongmyung University RISE Project Group plans to continue offering startup education with advanced courses every month, helping students engage in systematic, step-by-step learning.
