The two provinces have been conducting joint research to discover special cases since May of this year, following the signing of the "Gangwon-Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Provinces Win-Win Cooperation Agreement" in July last year. At this report meeting, the research teams presented the progress of each project, shared policy experiences and case studies from both provinces, and explored strategies for institutionalization.
