Maeil Dairies announced on the 19th that its cheese specialty brand, Sangha Cheese, has renewed the package design for its four flagship Fresh Cheese products.
The renewed products include "Fresh Mozzarella," "Fresh Mozzarella Bocconcini," "Fresh Ricotta," and "Greek Ricotta." Sangha Cheese first launched Fresh Mozzarella in 2006, followed by Ricotta Cheese and Bocconcini.

The new package design for the four types of Fresh Cheese features a sky-blue background that emphasizes freshness, and incorporates a cheesecloth pattern traditionally used to separate whey from milk during cheese making, visually expressing the authenticity of Fresh Cheese. In particular, Fresh Mozzarella and Bocconcini utilize actual cheese images to enhance intuitiveness, and the product names are displayed more clearly so that consumers can easily distinguish each type at a glance. Additionally, all four products now come with transparent caps, significantly improving convenience for storage after use.
Fresh Mozzarella and Bocconcini are produced using a low-temperature aging method to minimize nutrient loss, as well as a stretching process. Fresh Mozzarella is a high-protein, high-calcium product containing 19 grams of protein and 650 mg of calcium per 100-gram container. Fresh Mozzarella Bocconcini, which means "small bite" in Italian, is mozzarella cheese in a bite-sized portion.
Fresh Ricotta, first introduced in 2016, is a product that has been recreated with a recipe suited to Korean tastes based on traditional Italian manufacturing methods, and adheres to the "three no additives" principle by containing no preservatives, stabilizers, or colorants. Greek Ricotta is characterized by its refreshing taste and smooth texture, achieved by adding bio Greek yogurt.
