Soldier Near Discharge Found Dead at Jinan County Apartment
At around 5:00 a.m. on September 18, a soldier in his twenties, identified as Private First Class A, fell to his death from the 14th floor of an apartment building in Jinaneup, Jinan County, North Jeolla Province.
It was confirmed that A, who was serving in the Army as a sergeant, was not residing in the apartment.
The police, who responded to the report, are investigating whether A was on leave at the time. They found no evidence of criminal activity and have handed over his body to the Army.
