View original imageThe meeting was attended by a total of 33 people, including Yangpyeong County Governor Jeon Jinseon, the head of the permit department, team leaders, and 10 other county officials, as well as 23 representatives from civil petition agencies such as surveying and design firms. Governor Jeon organized this event to share updates on laws and regulations related to permits, and to listen to the challenges and feedback from agency representatives working in the field.
The participants engaged in in-depth discussions on a variety of issues, including listening to difficulties encountered during the permit processing procedure, discussing cases of delays and possible improvements, minimizing inconvenience for civil petitioners and supplementing measures, and matters requiring cooperation to enhance work efficiency.
Governor Jeon Jinseon stated, "I regret the difficulties related to processing times, and the permit department is monitoring every week to ensure that supplementary matters are resolved within a few days. Especially in challenging economic times, it is even more important for the public and private sectors to work together. I am also asking county office staff to help raise the status of surveyors and architects."
