The Gumi City Hall Bowling Team of North Gyeongsang Province, led by Coach Baek Hyun, once again demonstrated the strength of Gumi's sports by achieving balanced results in both individual and team events at the 44th Korea Sports Council National Team Bowling Competition, which was held at the Daeyeon Kim's Bowling Stadium in Busan from September 11 to 17, 2025.

View original imageAthlete Sujin Kwon delivered a stellar performance by winning first place in the individual all-around, third place in the individual event, and third place in the doubles event. Athlete Jiweon Jeong also contributed by securing third place in the doubles event. Based on these achievements, the team stood out by claiming third place overall.
This competition, hosted by the Korea Bowling Association, featured more than 100 athletes from across the country. Under the leadership of Coach Baek Hyun, the Gumi City Hall Bowling Team succeeded in winning prizes thanks to their solid teamwork and consistent skills.
