Incheon Airport Appoints Actor Park Bogum as New Honorary Ambassador
On September 16, Incheon International Airport Corporation announced that it has newly appointed actor Park Bogum as the honorary ambassador for Incheon Airport.
The honorary ambassador appointment ceremony was held on September 15 at the corporation's main auditorium, where Lee Hakjae, President of Incheon International Airport Corporation, presented the honorary ambassador plaque to actor Park Bogum.
Park Bogum will participate in various activities over the next three years as the honorary ambassador of Incheon Airport, aiming to promote Incheon Airport to audiences around the world.
The corporation plans to strengthen communication with the public by expanding the promotion of Incheon Airport's diverse smart services, convenient facilities, and major innovation projects currently underway, through the new appointment of Park Bogum as ambassador.

View original imageBased on its "Vision 2040" established last year, the corporation is pursuing a variety of future growth projects to transform into an airport that changes the world, beyond just an airport. These projects include digital transformation, the development of an aviation AI innovation hub, airport economic zone development, and exporting the K-Airport model.
President Lee stated, "By appointing Park Bogum, an actor with outstanding acting skills, star power, and character, as our honorary ambassador, we expect to enhance the brand value of Incheon Airport both domestically and internationally, and to further activate communication with the public."

Other honorary ambassadors for Incheon Airport include soprano Jo Sumi, former figure skater Kim Yuna, actor Song Joongki, actor Lee Jehoon, K-pop group Aespa, YouTube creators Pani Bottle and Kwak Tube, volleyball player Kim Yeonkyoung, mountaineer Um Honggil, and figure skater Cha Junhwan.
