Through this agreement, the two institutions plan to pursue a variety of collaborative projects, including connecting job seekers and employers and providing employment counseling, supporting employment and entrepreneurship education, offering local job information in Yangju, and operating group counseling programs.
This agreement is significant in that it enables the local community and educational institutions to work together to strengthen the employment capabilities of diverse groups, including middle-aged individuals, women, and youth, and to create jobs linked to local businesses through practical, field-oriented training.
A representative from Seojeong University stated, "We will cultivate talent equipped with practical skills and actively support Yangju citizens in entering society, thereby contributing to the development of the local community."
A representative from Yangju City also emphasized, "Through this agreement, we will strengthen the foundation for cooperation with local universities and strive to realize a self-sufficient city where citizens can live stably and continue their economic activities in Yangju."
