Assemblyman Jung stated, "Even if an abduction or enticement case involving a minor remains only an attempt, once it occurs, it leaves irreversible trauma and aftereffects for the victim. Therefore, preventive measures are crucial. Through thorough analysis, we must establish more comprehensive countermeasures, and strict punishment should be imposed for any crimes that do occur."
