Gwangju Buk-gu Supports Mudeungsan Area Experiential Tourism for Families with Multiple Children
Gwangju Buk-gu has launched a local tourism activation program targeting families with multiple children. On the 16th, Buk-gu announced, "We are recruiting participants for the 'Mudeungsan Area Experiential Tourism with Families with Multiple Children' to promote communication and harmony among family members and to raise awareness of local tourism resources."
The experiential tourism program will be held over four weekends from October 18 to 26. It features themed courses in art, science, culture, and ecology, centered around local attractions such as Hope Street, the Delicious Art Travel Center, the National Gwangju Science Museum, the Jungoe Park Culture Belt, and the Gwangju Lake Ecological Park. The program also includes activities such as cooking experiences, visits to the science museum and the Gwangju Design Biennale, and AR experiences at the lake ecological park.

The program is open to 100 families. Eligible applicants must reside in Buk-gu and have at least two elementary school-aged children. At least one parent must accompany the children, and families with three or more children will be given priority. Applications can be submitted with the required documents by email or in person via the district office website's notice board until the 26th.
