Cheonjae Education to Hold 2025 HME Academic Assessment for Elementary and Middle School Students
Results to Be Announced on November 28
Cheonjae Education announced on September 15 that it will conduct the 'HME National Haebub Math and Haebub Korean Academic Assessment' to enhance students' self-directed learning abilities.
HME is the largest academic assessment in South Korea for elementary and middle school students, with a cumulative total of 2.38 million test-takers.
This academic assessment will be held on the morning of November 15, and participants can choose to take either the Korean or Mathematics exam. The Korean exam is open to students from grades 1 to 6 in elementary school, while the Mathematics exam is available to students from grade 1 in elementary school to grade 3 in middle school.
Participants can choose between online and offline formats. Online test-takers, whether individuals or groups, can take the exam using a PC, mobile phone, or tablet. Offline test-takers, if individuals, will be assigned to a designated test center, while groups can take the exam at the academy or study room where they registered.
Registration is available through designated registration centers and the official website. At designated registration centers, applications are accepted until October 31, and on the HME website, until November 2. The registration fee is 40,000 won per subject.
All participants will receive free learning support worth up to 96,000 won, including online math preparation courses, a Korean reading comprehension experience service, and a 1+1 learning diagnostic test and counseling service.
The results of the assessment will be available on the HME website at 5 p.m. on November 28.
