In the third week of September, a total of 1,749 apartment units across four complexes nationwide will begin sales.
According to Real Estate R114 on September 13, a total of 1,749 units (with 1,449 units available for general sale) will be supplied across four complexes nationwide during the third week of September. This represents a decrease of 3,763 units compared to the previous week.
The complexes starting sales include Dasan World Meridian Centum High in Dasan-myeon, Goryeong-gun, North Gyeongsang Province; Queens Ease County in Beomil-dong, Dong-gu, Busan; and Uijeongbu Ujeong A1 (public housing) in Nokyang-dong, Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi Province.
Dasan World Meridian Centum High will consist of 463 units with exclusive areas ranging from 74 to 121 square meters, in a building complex spanning from four basement levels to a maximum of 39 floors above ground. Samunjin Bridge, which connects to Dalseong-gun in Daegu, is an eight-minute drive away. The Goryeong Dasan General Industrial Complex and Seongseo General Industrial Complex are also nearby, providing abundant employment opportunities.
Additionally, there are amenities such as Jwahak Neighborhood Park, the Nakdong River, Seongji Mountain, and Buldang Mountain in the vicinity. Educational facilities including Dasan Elementary School and Dasan Library are located within a 15-minute walk.
