Upbit Releases Brand Video Featuring Faker... LCK Finals Ticket Event Also Underway
Dunamu, the operator of the virtual asset exchange Upbit, announced on September 12 that it has released a campaign video titled "Korea's Asset, Korea's Digital Asset Exchange Upbit" in collaboration with professional gamer Faker (Lee Sanghyeok).
This video centers around the core message, "Our challenge becomes the standard for the world." Upbit has set the standard in the digital asset industry through trust and technology. Faker has become a symbol of global esports through his challenges and achievements.
Although they come from different fields, the video captures the similar journeys of these two leaders, who have both established new standards beyond being number one in Korea through relentless challenges. It is particularly meaningful in that it highlights the values and significance that enabled both Faker and Upbit to be recognized as "assets of Korea."
Previously, Upbit announced its participation as an official sponsor of the "2025 League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK)." Through this sponsorship and the current campaign, Upbit plans to expand its engagement with esports fans and further strengthen its brand influence in the global market.
To commemorate the video release and official sponsorship, Upbit will hold an "LCK Finals Ticket Event" for its members until 5 p.m. on September 17. This offers fans the opportunity to cheer for the 2025 LCK Finals-the most anticipated stage-live at the venue.
There are a total of three events through which Upbit members can win LCK Finals tickets. First is the "New Member Registration Event." Those who newly register with Upbit during the event period, complete customer verification, and apply through the event page will be eligible. Ten winners (two tickets per person) will be selected by lottery to receive finals tickets.
The second is the "Trade 100,000 Won or More Event," open to both new and existing members. After applying through the event page, participants who trade a combined total of at least 100,000 won in buy and sell transactions will be eligible for the draw. However, "Coin Collecting" trades are excluded. Thirty winners (two tickets per person) will be selected by lottery from those who meet the requirements.
The final event is the "Bonus Event," which requires no separate application. Anyone who participates in either of the previous two events is automatically entered. Five winners (two tickets per person) will be selected by lottery to receive a backstage tour and Skybox viewing tickets, offering a close-up experience of the behind-the-scenes area and the chance to enjoy the match from premium seats-a truly special experience.
The winners will be individually notified via Upbit Alimtalk on September 19. Winners can collect their tickets in person at the finals venue after identity verification on the day of the event. For more details, please refer to the event page announcements.
