In comparison, Nam District and Dong District pay 60,000 won per session, a difference of 20,000 won. For programs run by the Western District Health Center, the instructor fee is 80,000 won, meaning that aerobics instructors receive only half that amount."
He added, "There is a need to improve the treatment of aerobics instructors in the Western District who are paid under the current system. In order to ensure that residents receive high-quality sports-for-all services in a stable manner, we must seriously consider what appropriate policies should be implemented."
