Daejeon City to Recruit 83 Employees Through 'Second Half Public Institutions Joint Recruitment'
Applications Accepted from September 26 to October 2
Eight public institutions under the Daejeon City government will conduct a joint recruitment of 83 employees in the second half of this year.
This joint recruitment involves eight organizations: Daejeon Urban Corporation, Daejeon Transportation Corporation, Daejeon Tourism Organization, Daejeon Facilities Management Corporation, Daejeon Technopark, Daejeon Information & Culture Industry Promotion Agency, Daejeon Cultural Foundation, and Daejeon Youth Tomorrow Foundation.
The total number of positions is 83, consisting of 41 general staff and 42 permanent staff. Among the general staff, 18 will be recruited through open competition and 23 through career-based competition. For permanent staff, 15 will be recruited through open competition and 27 through career-based competition.
Applications can be submitted through the Daejeon City Public Institutions Joint Recruitment website from 10:00 a.m. on September 26 until 6:00 p.m. on October 2. Each applicant may apply for only one position at one institution.
The selection process consists of a first round written exam (scheduled for November 8) and a second round document screening and interview. The written exam will be administered by Daejeon City for the subjects requested by each public institution, while the document screening and interviews will be conducted individually by each institution according to their respective schedules.

Meanwhile, Daejeon City selected 102 employees across 12 institutions through joint recruitment in the first half of this year, and plans to continue operating a stable and consistent recruitment process through the joint recruitment system in the second half as well.
