The Busan Public Procurement Service has launched customized consulting to help women-owned businesses in Ulsan enter the public procurement market.
On September 10, the Busan Regional Public Procurement Service (headed by Shin Bongjae) provided tailored public procurement consulting to women-owned businesses from Ulsan who attended the 2025 Ulsan Women Entrepreneurs-Public Institutions Purchase Consultation Meeting held at Ulsan City Convention.

View original imageSince March of last year, the Public Procurement Service has been operating the "Public Procurement Guide," a one-stop consulting service that assists companies struggling to enter the public procurement market due to lack of information, covering everything from procurement company registration to designation as an export-promising company. Through approximately 1,250 consultations last year, over 100 start-up companies successfully entered the procurement market.
On this day, the Busan Public Procurement Service provided information on procurement systems such as Venture Nara, innovative products, and excellent procurement goods to women-owned businesses in the Ulsan area, and offered customized consulting for each company.
Shin Bongjae, the head of the Busan Regional Public Procurement Service, stated, "As the proportion and role of women-owned businesses in the local economy continue to grow, it is extremely important for public procurement to support the economic activities of women entrepreneurs."
