NH Nonghyup Bank Launches First AI Agent-Powered Corporate Cash Management Service in Financial Sector
Relaunch of Hanaro Branch
On September 10, NH Nonghyup Bank announced that it has relaunched its "NH Hanaro Branch" corporate premium integrated cash management service, now equipped with an artificial intelligence (AI) agent-the first of its kind in the financial sector.
This renewal follows the "generative AI-based business agreement" signed with Webcash in July. It features a conversational Q&A function that significantly enhances the efficiency of corporate cash management work. By asking everyday questions such as "How much was deposited this month?" via voice or chat, users can receive immediate answers, which is expected to support companies in making efficient, data-driven decisions.
Going forward, advanced generative AI features such as abnormal transaction detection and automatic generation of various cash reports will be introduced sequentially. NH Nonghyup Bank plans to use this as an opportunity to comprehensively implement AI agents in areas such as corporate banking, positioning AI as a core driver of the bank's digital transformation.
